Do I get my premium back when I get someone out of jail?

No, this is non-refundable service fee.

If I place collateral up for a bond, when do I get it back?

The collateral is returned once there is a final judgment filed in the defendant’s case.

What is the responsibility of the Indemnitor?

The Indemnitor can be response for the full amount of the bond(s), court cost and recovery cost if the defendant does not appear in court.
